LOCAL Tax

A local tax of €2.75 per person per night, not included in the room rate, will be added to the final price and is payable on departure.

Payment 

Credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. It will not be charged at the booking request before confirmation. Part or all of the amount of your stay can be charged after booking confirmation. If the reservation was not confirmed, the refund is made immediately, free of charge.

Stripe is a certified PCI Level 1 payment service provider.

Payment of the difference and extra will only collect at the time of your arrival, with your credit card or you can pay in cash (Eur).

Cancellation

Cancellations or changes to the dates of your stay are free of charge if made more than 30 days prior to your arrival. If your booking has already been confirmed and a fee has been deducted, this will be refunded.

Cancellations or modifications made 30 days or less prior to arrival (or no-shows) will be charged the full amount of your stay.

If you cancel or change your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be given for any reason.

However, on a commercial basis, we can offer you to rebook your room and if you rebook your room, we can offer you to postpone your stay for 6 months, for the same amount.

In any case, this is a commitment of means and not of result, and Maison Ceronne cannot be held responsible for the non-reservation of a room. In any case, only the back office of our Sirvoy reservation system will be considered authentic in the event of a dispute.

These conditions apply to individuals, excluding corporate events or professional privatisation of the premises, for which confirmation is final.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In at 15:00; Check-Out at 12:00.

Early arrival and late checkout is dependent on room availability. Feel free to leave your luggage with us while you explore the region of Le Perche. 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the main dining room or outside depending on the weather, from 8.30am to 11.30am, unless otherwise requested.

Parking

Free parking & charging station for electric vehicles is available.

Swimming-Pools

The indoor pool is open all year and  is not supervised. It is heated.

The outdoor pool is open, depending on the weather, from May 15th to  September 15th. The pool is not supervised. It is heated during this period.

For technical reasons, the sauna and steam room may sometimes require maintenance, and must be closed. They are not usable. We are sorry if this equipment is closed during your stay.

ChildREN

Many areas of the house can be dangerous for children. Some stairs have no security barrier. Children under 16 cannot be accommodated at Maison Ceronne.

PETS

Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate our pets friends, due to the numerous damage observed and possible allergies.

NON-SMOKING

The house and rooms are non-smoking. You can smoke outside of the house, or on the terrace. Electronic cigarettes are allowed inside.

Ceronne Club

On certain dates, some rooms are reserved for club members. It is then not possible to reserve them. In all cases, a confirmation is definitively sent when the availability is validated.
